I come here in between classes, and while it's usually busy, the service is quick and I can manage to find a place to sit (most do takeaway).

I used to stick to tacos which actually weren't too special but satisfied my Mexican food craving. Now I've switched to naked burritos - they leave me feeling less guilty afterward and are actually pretty good. Recommended.more

Overpriced and underwhelmed! So much for all the raving on the signs outside and the line that is always out the door. I got a chicken burrito with peppers and all the trimmings, even paying an extra £1 for guacamole. Nearly £8 for a burrito?! this better be the best burrito ever. Alas, it was not. Overpriced. Decent. But not Mexican.

The signs offer praise of Zagat awards and newspaper awards. All for "Best Mexican." Well, these people have clearly never had real Mexican food.

If you're choosing between this location and the one on Chancery Lane, take the extra 3 minutes and hit up the Chancery Lane location. This one is smaller, doesn't have the tap water set-up, and doesn't take the loyalty cards.

In summary from my other review, though, this is a great lunch choice. For £6-7 you get a ton of filling, not-terrible-for-you (if you choose wisely), freshly made...more
