Ahhh, lovely Dune. I'd say Dune footwear occupies the largest percentage of my shoe collection as they're that lovely in-between level of good quality but not mega-expensive.
They have beautiful well-made shoes, sandals and boots that stand the test of time. They also have a wicked sale that never fails to lure me in and a sexy window display that makes me weak at the knees.
Dune has a half price sale on at the moment, and there are some really nice party shoes that are hugely discounted. I thought, considered, and struggled, before deciding that dishing out 80 pounds on half price black stilettos, however chic, was simply not worth it. But there is a winder variety available, I just didn't want to go through that struggle again...

From the High Street shoe stores Dune is the one I pop in regularly. Last winter my friend found these amazing pair of black boots from this store and that worked. Ever since I have been searching something equally stunning, but this far without any luck.

This is Dune's flagship store. I was here today with my friend who impulse bought a pair of puss-in-boots boots, the type that have the big flap at the top. Granted, they sound a bit strange but they looked like they had been tailored to fit her feet, and at £107, she saw it as a sensible winter investment.
