Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Very modest resteraunt. Interior is mostly wood and darker colours. Food is decent. Their pizza is rather soggy and untratentional, cut it yourself. Prices are fair and affordable.more

I found the food, ambiance and service to be sub-par when I ate at this branch of the chain. I was there at 8PM on a Friday night and found only 2 other tables occupied. Someone shouted to me to seat myself and it was 3 or 4 minutes before I was given a menu. I asked if there were specials but was told "we're out". Absolutely appalling food, appalling service, would not under any circumstances go back to this establishment. It was an off-the-cuff stop for a bite to eat, which ended up taking hours. Waiting over 50minutes for the bill, on top of never receiving the tea that was ordered when we first walked in. Everything here, including the terrible food, was completely unacceptable.more

Although the food was good when it came out, we would have liked to have been acknowledge after being seated, also it would be nice to have our order taken, and then the bill....there were some severe gaps in our wait service. Now bear in mind our waitress what extremely nice and helpful. When she was there.

American diner style restaurant chain where we stopped for breakfast on our first morning in London. It was reasonbly priced, I think? It's hard to work out with the currency conversion.

The breakfast was pedestrian, the sausages had a weird tasts that I am not used to, but then I am not really a sausage person. There was nothing really outstaning about the venue or the service experience....more
