The restaurant is a gourmet bolt-hole for gastronomes. Executive Chef, Mark Jarvis has a classic French grounding bolstered by a love of light, seasonal flavours, which translates into subtle, playful and beautifully crafted dishes on the new spring menu. An a la Carte menu is available (average price £45.00 3/courses), and a Lazy Sunday Lunch can be enjoyed from 12.00 to 4.00pm (£38.00 3/courses). Afternoon Tea is offered daily (3.30pm to 5.30pm
