I came in here to kill some time, grab a bite and charge my phone when a train was delayed.

For a station pub, it's adequate, and not too noisy once the doors are shut, you could trick yourself into thinking that it was a different location if your don't look through the expanse of windows.

The staff were lovely, the bar was average stocked, but they had my tipple. The food was distinctly...more

I've been here a couple of times, both with the major pull being convenience as this place is in the Liverpool Street station complex.

If you don't look out the window at the highly depressing comings and goings of Liverpool Street Station, then the decor and whatnot of the pub itself is pretty good.

Popped in there early-ish on a Friday evening. It was very much packed with really quite sozzled geezer-types. So it was a swift pint of unpleasant Heineken and move on.

Not for me.more

A nice looking hideout in the busy Liverpool Street station. We went for a quick bite to eat before our guest departed for Euston.

The selection of drinks was very good, and the menu appealing. Not too expensive considering it's a station pub. They have drinks recommendations for some of the items on the menu, so I went with a glass of the recommended Malbec to go with my chicken burger.
