I'd say I'm a fan of the current trend of making lobster affordable and more accessible for Londoners - my glowing review of Burger & Lobster shows as much. I think that they've got it spot on - simple dishes that they do well, with high quality ingredients at an affordable price

Every time a restaurant puts a new lobster roll on it's menu, the twittersphere exploded with joy a little bit. And being from Massachusetts originally, this makes my heart sing. I do love me a good lobster.
So when I read about the St. Giles Hotel opening up a literal Lobster Kitchen, oh...more
