I have walked past the Dorsett hotel hundreds of times and never guessed that behind the darkened glass windows was a large, interesting and beautifully laid out Chinese restaurant.

Pretty good dim sum for price and value. Wouldn't bother ordering the xiaolongbao.
The vegetable and meat steamed buns come as 3, so don't make the same mistake thinking that it's just 1.more
A little out of our usual area, we decided to meet friends at this place. It's connected to a hotel which probably assures it a certain amount of business.

Great restaurant in hotel Dorset. Foods overall is nice a good quality. Having dim sum there but if the portion is a bit smaller. Ended up having three kind of difference noodles to fill our stomach. Nice atmosphere and decoration. If they do some promotion, I would go again, otherwise it is too pricey.more
It's got too many sharp edges and shiny surfaces to call it a firm favourite yet. It doesn't feel lived in and it hasn't developed any real character so far. A few dropped dishes maybe. An instance of spilt blood as the head chef chases his commis round the dining room with a bloody great cleaver.
