A packed out little chain restaurant in Covent Garden. We had a mushroom risotto for starter and for main course mushroom tagliatelle and margarita pizza.

The pasta tasted bland and like a packet meal. The pizza was ok.more

A great chain of Italian restaurants, this one is conveniently located near to Leicester Square. This is one of the closest places I've got to an Italian restaurant outside of Italy, a lot of the staff that work there appear to be Italian and there is a definite charm. Good for solo dining. Personal table, albeit next to the til and near a busy corridor.

The service is ok but nothing to shout about.

The food.. Ok but nothing to shout about.

I read the backstory in the menu and I really wanted to love it but.. It wasn't meant to be.

I'd say give it a chance, but I don't recommend it if you are looking for an above average Italian dining experience.more

we ordered dipping bread starter with balsamic & olive oil, this was disappointing as they had break sticks & thin crisp bread which was hard to dip & not that enjoyable, the best part was the slices or normal thick bread.

I'm really quite confused by the good reviews for Spaghetti House, since our visit last month was really quite terrible.

Service - this is the only reason S.H. gets two stars...our waitress was very sweet and apologetic.

Ambiance - nice enough but a bit on the dirty side, especially on the bottom level.
