Think of macys, and whole foods put together and this what you get. There's a nice food/grocery store on the bottom with some good gelato choices and fine meats and cheeses. Clothes, toys, and home goods up top.more
Wow. What a place. Where to start?
I have passed by Selfridges many times, not knowing anything about it until I watched the TV show, "Mr. Selfridge". The show got me interested in checking the place out. It looks like any old school London department store, but once inside, it is just as stunning as its neighbor across the park, Harrods.

Amazing selection of clothes during holiday season with so ho-hum dining options.
Came here Dec '13 with a small group during the holiday season, right after Christmas. The amount of goods carried and the way the store was organized was nothing less than impressive.
