Wow !!!!! What not to love about this place !!!! I spent 6 hours in this department store - they have everything a girl will ever need ! From nail salon to eye brown bar ( no need to say that I was in heaven ) they have their own version of dry bar as well Same concept that we have in the USA- mani and pedi is located in the next booth and eye brown next to it as well .

I'm pretty "department stored' out. There are many in London and they all carry a lot of the same stuff that we have in the states. I came here today just to check one more store out before I leave tomorrow. It is a big store. It's a bit more upscale than Macy's and maybe on par with a Neiman Marcus or Saks (but larger). Think of macys, and whole foods put together and this what you get. There's a nice food/grocery store on the bottom with some good gelato choices and fine meats and cheeses. Clothes, toys, and home goods up top.more

Wow. What a place. Where to start?

I have passed by Selfridges many times, not knowing anything about it until I watched the TV show, "Mr. Selfridge". The show got me interested in checking the place out. It looks like any old school London department store, but once inside, it is just as stunning as its neighbor across the park, Harrods.
