I joined a larger company of about 20 people at HotBox. It was delicious and the logistics worked well considering the challenges of such a large party. We ordered some starters to share, I tried the prawn, the chicken wings and the taco. It was all delicious, but beware that the prawn is surprisingly spicy. I found the bbq chicken too expensive for what it was. It was decent, but a little bit dry.
On the other hand, the green salad was great.
My co-worker had the burger and he said it was good.
And two of my co-workers had the ribs, and had opposite judgements about them.
Went here last night with a Nudge deal and had the Iberico rack of ribs, mac and cheese, sweet potato fries, and the IPA of the week. The food is absolutely to die for. The ribs were perfection. Fun casual restaurant with good food and service at a reasonable price. The food was very tasty including the short rib which just fell off the bone and the iberico pork. Certainly would reccomend it.more
