Went here with my sister and used a coupon, which we forgot to print out but no worries they just need the Code. We went on a Sunday afternoon.

Overall Service was HORRIBLE, at one point everyone was in the kitchen and NO ONE was there to cater to customers. People cane in with reservations and had to wait...awhile. There was only about 3 of them there. At one point they were having a...more

Had a lovely proper English tea, using the Travelzoo deal for £29 for two. Included a pimms or champagne. Attentive service, wonderful selection of teas and a lovely tray of pastries and sandwiches.more

There is a small terrace out front of Number 12 but it was genuinely too hot to sit outside and wasn't particularly shaded so we were pretty happy when we were seated inside. Our deal this time round was afternoon tea for two including a glass of pimms each but I was pleasantly surprised to be given the option between pimms and prosecco because to be honest I'm not a huge fan of pimms.

You know those restaurants which are priced slightly above average, but the food portions that come out are rather small, but then it turns out the the quality of the food is sublime?
