Barrafina Covent Garden

Featuring an open kitchen – where you can keep an eye on the chefs creating classic and contemporary Spanish dishes – Barrafina is the latest venture from restaurateurs Sam and Eddie Hart. Similar to its sister restaurant in Soho, there is a no reservations policy; so it’s first come first served at this animated eatery.

This is probably the best restaurant we tried while in London. Everything was cook to perfection and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is very casual, but the food is fine dining level. I can't wait to go back. Don't forget to try the seafood rice and the mojo!more

My fave dishes were the seafood ones we had: grilled razor clams and arroz de marisco.

We also tried as starters the crab balls (very good, you can really taste the crab) the fuet platter was good but nothing...more

Pretty much what ever you order will be...more

The tapas are pricey, but the food is very high quality. I...more

London's answer to Barcelona's best tapas bars. From the atmosphere, to the service and the food, except nothing but perfection.

So sure, you might have to wait to get to perch on one of the red leather bar stools, but trust me when I say it's well worth it. Plus crab croquetas and a glass of crisp white wine make the wait feel much...more
