This is an usual place for City meetings, but I was hugely disappointed. Kirin was a nice, delicious and culturally distinctive Chinese restaurant. But it's new menu has been a fundamental joke - it changes Kirin into an extremely ordinary 'Chinatown' restaurant even without a properly cooked Chinese dish. Authenticality was lost! I was having a strong craving for authentic chinese food and I went on the hunt online to find one. I chanced upon Kirin with an opentable 20% offer on weekends. I'm so glad I went here with my husband.

We had dim sum lunch and FOUND A SILVER TOOTH IN THE FOOD !!! The staff were also very rude, even accusing us of putting the tooth in the food. We shouldn't have paid at all for this traumatic experience. Think the yelp community deserves a proper warning about this place.more

OMG, always wondered why there aren't any good Chinese restaurants in the city and someone listened! A Chinese colleague recommended that place, so decided to go yesterday. I have dim sum cravings once a week, and working in the City isn't convenient for quick jaunts to Chinatown. Ping Pong doesn't really fulfill the craving either.
