Bureau is a swanky nightclub that obviously caters to the top elite and celebrities; they have a no photo policy inside the bar that prevents any mad alcohol infused celebrity miss deed to go to print. The decoration of the space has an oriental tone, with lounge cushions sitting on lovely designer chairs and black lacquered walls. This is a member only bar, so not all mere mortals can go in....more
