Whomever says the UK doesn't have good food has never been to Toto's. Their black truffle risotto will stand out in my mind for the rest of my life, seriously. The duck ragu was executed quite nicely, and was simply fantastic.

It may be that knowing the owner gave an extra boost to our enjoyment of this place, but I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I had while in London this past trip. A few highlights:
