The second London venture from burger specialists Patty & Bun sees the mini-chain head east to Liverpool Street. Geared more towards takeaways than its first eatery in Mayfair’s St James Street, there are a handful of tables to enjoy the moreish burgers and confit chicken dishes.

My previous experience Patty&Bun experience was the one over at James Street. I would say this branch over here at Liverpool Street is more of a take-away place compared and had to wait quite a while for us to get a table.

Hailing from Liverpool Street in the City of London and weighing in at an excellent £7.50 (I decided against bacon) the Patty and Bun Ari Gold consisted of a beef patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickled onions, ketchup, smokey P&B mayo all served on a brioche bun, and it was good, my oh my was it good.

I occasionally eat meat and when I do I make sure I go for the Hot Chic Chicken Burger. It oozes flavour and freshness, it is quite filling on its own or great with a side portion of rosemary fries. All I can say is Patty & Bun did good!more
Definitely one of the best burger places in town that's surely going to put you in a food coma! This branch is a lot smaller compared to the main Marylebone one but a fraction of the waiting time. It gets busy during lunch hours with all the city workers but they have a quick take away window just like in a lot of New York munchies.
