They serve Gelato in the shape of flowers now? How I have only found this out at the end of the Summer? And is this going to stop me eating ice cream shaped like flowers now that we are entering Winter? No is the very easy answer here.

Amorino is a small but perfectly formed ice cream/gelato parlor in the midst of Covent Garden that I dragged my flatmate to at the weekend. The place offers a...more

I first sample this delicious tasting and pretty looking ice cream on a holiday to Lisbon and I was wondering when that would come over her and behold it had. I love the many different flavours on offer and their skilled gelatos servers can build you a beautiful looking flower using the choice off ice cream you want and you can have as many different flavours you want. As well as the amazing ice cream and those amazing rose cones (I mean, just look at them! The attention to detail is amazing!), I was so impressed with how knowledgable the staff were. I asked a million questions about the flavours and the difference between the different types of caramel ice cream and the server was so patient with me and explained everything in great detail.

Lovely and pretty store, which allows you to put as many flavours of ice cream as you like in the cup.

If you order the cone, they will arrange it in a flower shape.

Not all flavours are equally good but nothing was disappointing. High marks for mango sorbet and pistachio.

It's a nice stop in Covent Garden when you fancy something sweet.more
