A charming, friendly pub with excellent service and a quiet decent (but not fantastic) range of beers on tap. It's far enough off the main drag that it's not full of boisterous tourists or footie fans (no TV, in any case). The bartender made some spot-on beer recommendations. I would not recommend for a date or business meeting.
I would recommend as a great...more

I like the crown, actually, I love it. If you are looking for a non-pretentious pub in Islington (which can be a hard find) this is the place to be. A few locals and workers who have...more
