The location is nice; Prezzo is located in a cozy little alley off of Kensington High Street. We stopped by because of their dinner special; choose three select menu items for about 12 pounds.

The food was pretty bad Italian (fried mac and cheese balls, a mediocre salad, and other greasy bites). It would have been good drunk food, but it's definitely not the best food available in the area....more

Love the location and outside seating option (we often bring our dog). The pizza and dessert are good. Haven't tried other dishes. As others on yelp have indicated, these service is often hit or miss. We have had reasonably good luck save two occasions where the waitress was absolutely rude.more

Worst. Italian. Ever. OK, maybe not ever. But it is pretty freaking bad. The food was super greasy and bland. How that happens is absolutely beyond me. Kensington has a lot of places to eat during the day. i would seek thee out another place to eat. I won't be coming back here. (And i will be in the UK again).more

However, the service is truly cold and uninterested, and give you a truly cold goodbye if you don't leave a...more

We went here not realising that this was a chain of restaurants in London. For me that's always a bit of a warning sign that the food will be a bit bland and predictable and Prezzo pretty much lived up to this.

I ordered the Tre Gusti pizza which came out with about 4 pieces of chicken, a few bits of chorizo and a little bit of parma ham. Now pizzas with few toppings are great if what's on...more
