Dear business owner: Remove the Yelp Check-In offer! Came here for brunch intent on using the Check-In offer for 1 free brunch cocktail. Staff didn't honor it. I am sure had we come for Aperitivo, as the name of the place suggests we would have...more
I have mixed feelings about this place. It's in a nice part of a London within a nice hotel, but some of the staff could definitely read that book about not judging books based on covers.
I met someone here for brunch and we'd had a reservation. I wasn't dressed in my best, and did look a bit scruffy but as soon as I arrived and enquired about brunch I was immediately shut down and told that...more
