Grain store is a very hip, modern restaurant close to Kings Cross. It is in the newly built Granary Square area which is nice and open and nearly makes you feel like you've escaped the city. We showed up about an hour before our reservation but the hostess was able to accommodate us, however they did give us a time limit on how long we could stay.. It's great to see so many new places in this area - years ago when I used to take my stand up comedy classes around here, the best options used to be McDonalds and the noodle shop around the corner!

I've been here twice now and I really love the atmosphere. I get a feeling of nostalgia - reminding me of places in NY. Its also great to see a restaurant explore some great vegetarian options...more

I loved it! The brunch here was something else. I rarely give 5 stars to a place that make me rethink other 5 stars I've given.

Go here for brunch, sit outside, people watch, enjoy delicious food (I tried salmon with a scone and potato pancakes - yum!) and watch the weekend go by.

Delicious, seasonal food in a laid back, chic setting: I can see why the Grain Store is a popular destination for London foodies.
