As fine cuisine goes, this restaurant is my new favourite! The Golonka (pork shank) was perfect, succulent, tender, and in all other ways delicious. (The duck was very good but paled in comparison to the pork. It will be difficult to choose something other than the Golonka on our return.) I am a big fan of Polish food, i've been to various parts of Poland and I know whats good and whats not.
I have been struggling to find decent Polish food in London and had given up, but then Tatra came into my life. A modern, smart setting and a warm host greeted us and tentatively, I agreed.

As a heads up - if you're from the US, you...more

I have not explored too many of London's Polish restaurants but there was a LivingSocial voucher and I figured, why not? Safe to say it was a great decision!
We arrive and were promptly greeted with a smile and show a table immediately (it was a Sunday night and there were only a few tables busy). Our deal...more
