It was the best Italian food I've ever had, however with several caveats. The whole "you're part of the family" aspect that you expect at Italian restaurants was completely lost here. The first time a server came to our table all that was said was "are you ready?". Throughout the night, all interactions were careless and robotic.

Setting the scene, the only place open for Christmas dinner anywhere near Trafalgar Square... Bianco welcomed us despite not having a reservation and having a long line waiting. The pizza was worth the wait, as was the wine, tiramisu (so rich) and limoncello! We would recommend, especially if you are a grateful, friendly person to your servers, because they will repay you in spades!more

Went here with a living social deal and definitely won't be back. We were entitled to a starter and a main course each with a glass of prosecco.
