The Stonemason's Arms
Overview
The Stonemason's Arms on Cambridge Grove, Hammersmith, is a down-to-earth local with rustic charm, an artsy crowd and a brilliant Euro/British menu. Complete with leather sofas and regular film nights, The Stonemasons Arms has a cosy feel and locals love the family-friendly atmosphere. Perfect for get-togethers, birthdays and Sunday lunch – this restaurant has a pub-lite approach to the predictable gastro-pub formula, and is more of a relaxed restaurant than a typical British boozer - but this low-key vibe attracts a food-loving crowd. Signature dishes at The Stonemason's Arms include the monkfish and barramundi stew with dried prawns, coconut milk, cashews and rice, and the classic sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Popped in on Sunday for a burger with the missus and boy.
All good.
Nice bun. Good condiments. Great burger and tasty bacon and cheese.
Decent price. Sunday papers provided. Comfy smart surroundings. It's never too packed in here.
This area is full of proper good pubs to eat and this one holds its own. Not quite the quirky charm of the Andover or the food smarts of the Anglsea. But a good...more
Friendliest pub staff, decent food, good wine, and fun outdoor seating - with heaters! Best part is that is was close to the office. I miss this local pub.more
thats twice ive been and twice ive thought - yes that was actually not too shabby. I go mainly as my hotel is across the road but twice i have been during a pub quiz.
the price of the place is disgusting but in line with the greed you find in London so i wont score it down. The food is utility and the range of drinks fair. The bar staff are ok but its a hard place to get a table and they...more
All a-ok here, one of the better pubs in Hammersmith and it doesn't tend to get too much of the undesirables clogging it up with chavness.
A short walk from King St this is definitely a gastro where you can sit outside if you can grab one of the few tables and enjoy some a-ok food. Atmosphere has been lacing on a few of my visit's, so if they can sort that out and get the place a buzz if...more
Great space, not busy during the week. Decent wine list - malbec and barberas are good. Good apps too, like potatoes wedges and hummus/pita bread. Overall it's a really relaxed, comfortable setting.more
