Wright Brothers Spitalfields is the fourth restaurant from the family-run Duchy of Cornwall Oyster Farm serving the very best oysters and seafood from Britain and further afield. The Wright Brothers are passionate experts in seafood supplying London"s top restaurants with oysters and shellfish from their Helford River base, as well as running their renowned Oyster Houses in Borough Market, Soho and on the Helford River. The Spitalfields restaurant is centred around the first saltwater tanks in the UK housing one the widest varieties of live shellfish around. Led by ex-Bocca di Lupo and Moro chef David Cook, the menu spans both classic and contemporary seafood dishes, perfect for both a quick lunch with a couple of pints or a special dinner. Building on East London's tradition of pairing gin and oysters, the bar focuses on traditional gin cocktails as well as local artisan beers, ciders and spirits.
