This is a quaint little pub that a colleague took me to for a pint or two prior to Guy Fawkes bonfire & fireworks display in a nearby town. The place is unassuming and you'd never really think twice about popping in if you passed it every day, but once inside you're glad you did. The space is large, but seems small based on the division of rooms and low ceilings. Lots of wood and warm lighting...more
The Sun is awesome.
And as for this pub... it's also great!

My first review on Yelp UK!! How I have missed Yelp!! Yay!!
Okay, enough beaming.
This is my favourite pub in Barnes (my current area of residence) and I might venture to say my favourite in LONDON. Yes, that's a lofty statement, but this is a great pub. They have good food, a great atmosphere, excellent music, fun games to play, and a wide and varied selection of beverages.
While there may...more

Great little pub opposite the pond in Barnes and a great place to go in the summer. Nice outside area that is also well heated, so you can still sit outside most of the time apart from the sub zero evenings. Smallish in size it has two bar area's and then a...more
