A very pleasurable lunch experience at Sixty One was one of the highlights of the boozy silly season at the end of 2015. It's fine dining but isn't stuffy, the portion sizes aren't huge but they fill you up. The menu is compact but traditionally British with the pork belly and dover sole being a couple of highlights. The smashed potato side was beautiful, as were the sprout tops.

Pour être tout à fait honnête, nous ne savions pas que c'était un restaurant d'hotel, rien ne le laisse penser à l'entrée ou dans la salle de restaurant. This place is fine dining but much more casual or for corporate lunches. Either way there is a lot of attention to detail in terms of aesthetic of the food and the restaurant itself.
