Champagne and informal dining comes to the City, offering one of the largest selections of Champagne and sparkling wines by the glass in London, alongside an
innovative menu of tasting plates.
Tirage is an all-day dining venture that pairs both familiar and lesser-known grower or rare labels from a 120-strong sparkling wine and Champagne list (15 – 18 of which will be available by the glass) with perfectly portioned plats, inspired by the traditional sophistication of French cuisine and of-the moment palate of Peru.
Head Chef Alasdair Fraser (previously of The Abingdon, in Kensington) has ensured dining options at Tirage will be flexible and relaxed, comprising impeccably–sourced tasting plates, food flights and platters. A Champagne breakfast option offers city slickers a luxe start to the day.
Stylish high tables, leather stools and banquettes dominate the two floors and fit the restaurant’s informal and sociable ethos, and two private dining rooms will be available for group bookings and events.
There will also be a retail element, allowing customers to take-away their preferred choice of bubbles.
