Dark, down and dirty place on most Thurs and especially Friday nights opening till the witching hour jam packed full of creative and media types. Often for hooking up (guilty!) or getting wasted.

A group of six of us came here on a Friday night and whilst I wouldn't say it's a must-go-to bar/club, it's a good enough choice to continue a fun night out if you're in the area.

The second floor patio is a nice retreat from the scratchy sound system downstairs but becomes off limit at 11 prompt.

A deep floor plan and high ceilings makes this ideal for large parties.more

The first time I went I was expecting it to be dark and dingy (you have to go downstairs to get to it, and I'm not usually a massive fan of basement bars), but was pleasantly suprised. It is actually a really great atmosphere, and if you go there early evening there are some great drinks offers.

The food is very good - standard...more
