The Green Bar, Botanicals & Tonics at Hotel Cafe Royal

About

Inspired by the Café Royal Cocktail Book compiled in 1937, the Green Bar, Botanicals & Tonics at Café Royal is a vibrant cocktail destination for contemporary Londoners and hotel guests.

Celebrating the diverse history of the location, the list features botanicals and tonics alongside classic cocktail concoctions and a selection of light lunch dishes and small plates.

The botanicals and tonics are the signature cocktails of the Green Bar where our expert bartenders can mix up the favoured G&T. Choose from a wide variety of 18 gins to partner with seven different tonics.

You can also enjoy the iconic Absinthe experience, which revives the favoured tipple of the bohemian intellects who notoriously frequented Café Royal throughout its history.
