Located on North Audley Street, this gorgeous and intimate haven of gourmet down under delights is run by New Zealanders Tom and Susan Glynn, who have created an intimate venue decorated with plum-coloured walls, dark wooden furniture and low lighting. Suze regularly hosts art exhibitions and wine tastings, and is a swanky in-the-know spot to meet for after-work drinks and divine food. Highlights from the Australasian menu include the New Zealand green shell mussels in a lime leaf, coriander and ginger broth; the marinated kangaroo fillet on a watercress and mizuna salad with a pineapple sambal and apple crisps; and the famous pavlova dessert.
