Recently open and frequented mainly by locals, the comfortable tables are not crowded and the service is friendly but very professional. The
menu is classic Italian cooking as the name suggest from the italian region of Tuscany and every day there is also a list of the chef's recommendations offering simpler dishes like “Involtini di Melanzane”(Aubergines filled with mozzarella, tomato and basil) as a starter or “Calamari e Zucchine Fritte”(Deep fried squid and courgettes) that could be easily swapped for a main. More traditional Bruschetta (Toasted bread with chopped tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil) fit the bill as the simplest starter in the menu. The menu offers classic pasta like“Spaghetti alla Bolognese”and also they serve delicious
“Agnellotti al Pomodoro Fresco e Basilico” and “Tagliatelle al Salmone Fresco”(Pasta with fresh salmon, cream and chilli). The fresh fish is selected with care “Spigola alla griglia”(Grilled seabass) and prepared in the very traditional ways.
