Franco Manca

Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients.

Hands down the best pizza I've had. Even after travelling throughout Italy.

This place just ticks all the boxes. It's cheap, they use sourdough, ingredients are all quality, it's simple and they keep a big wood fired oven ticking over.

The star is the dough. I could easily eat it without any toppings.

This is probably the best food you'll get in a mall eatery.more

The atmosphere is, of course, a far cry from what you get in Brixton but it would be impossible to recreate Brixton Market in a new and shiny shopping mall.

There was quite a...more
