There's not much I can say about Franco Manca that hasn't already been said - it's a trusty mainstay which always delivers. Their model is pretty simple - one ridiculously hot oven, pretty inexpensive (£4.50 - £7.50) sourdough pizza, high turnover, and it works rather well.

It was ok and certainly better than ordering from a local chain, but for 4 stars you have to stand a head above the crowd even just a little bit. Franco Manca did not do that for me.
I ordered the wild broccoli and mozzarella with old spot sausage which is meant to be a white pizza but I asked for it to be with tomato sauce instead.
