The Oaks Dining Rooms and Bar in Loughton Essex offers British Regional cookery with French and Asian influences, using fresh seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers with homemade Artisan bread and ice-cream to note. A more formal menu offered in the Dining Room with a well executed set menu at Lunch and dinner also on offer, with a concise Bar Classic menu on offer in the elegant and eclectic bar, for more relaxed dining including homemade "Nibbles' from around the world. The kitchen is headed by Paul Elliott who has previously gained a Michelin Bib Gourmand and 2 AA Rosettes at previous establishments.
