Byron Waterloo serves proper hamburgers, the way they should be. Properly sourced British beef, ground fresh into 6oz patties and cooked medium so it's pink and juicy and served in a squishy bun with a pickle on the side. Fries, sides, extra-thick milkshakes and craft beers round things off. A Mini Byron menu for kids plus vegetarian options ensure there's something for everyone.

I always like a good Byron burger and this one did not disappoint. While after a few visits you will have easily tried everything in the regular menu I recommend going for their seasonal additions. I paticularly like this burger branch. I tried the B-Rex Burger at £10.50 which seems a little on the expensive side for a burger. Anyway the taste was great. A combination of Jalapeno, deep fried onion rings, cheese and burger. Wow! what a taste combo.

I found the burgers pretty dry and bland.

But the decor is quite cool and our server was a lovely, super friendly, geordie. So that made up for it...more

I had the cheese burger with cheddar cheese and it was really tasty. I love that the beef is cooked medium (but they asked us if that was ok before hand) and I can't fault anything about it. We...more
