Byron Waterloo serves proper hamburgers, the way they should be. Properly sourced British beef, ground fresh into 6oz patties and cooked medium so it's pink and juicy and served in a squishy bun with a pickle on the side. Fries, sides, extra-thick milkshakes and craft beers round things off. A Mini Byron menu for kids plus vegetarian options ensure there's something for everyone.

I was craving fried food (so bad I know!) and was searching where to eat in southbank. The pictures from Byron popped up on Yelp taunting me to come hither. Away I went and glad I did! I had the cheese burger with cheddar cheese and it was really tasty. I love that the beef is cooked medium (but they asked us if that was ok before hand) and I can't fault anything about it. We...more
