Briciole is an Italian trattoria, café bar and deli under one roof, in the heart of Marylebone.
The menus are inspired by favourite dishes from Latium and sit alongside other Italian classics and new dishes. The knowledgeable Italian staff are is on hand to recommend both food and wines.
The light open space features the gastronomia section of the deli and the café bar at the front, with the restaurant at the rear and an outside area for al fresco dining in warmer weather.

Nice setting, but distinctly mediocre food, the highlight being a monkfish 'special' that was some undistinguished fish in tiny scampi-sized chunks swimming in over-reduced tomato sauce with cold roast potatoes and dry rocket salad. Not an Italian that, as an Italian, I'll be returning tomore
The main dishes here seem to be very hit or miss. If you order one of their better dishes, and you aren't in a hurry, you may very well be happy with your meal. Lousy service - nasty wine - so-so food. We dropped $150 for the three of us - one appetizer, three entrees and very little booze. They automatically added 12.5 per cent service but I wouldn't have given more than a token 5 per cent had I had an optionmore
Came here Sunday night. It was mostly empty inside, but the few tables outside were taken. It is an uninspiring place with wooden tables. I was attracted by the idea of Italian tapas. All in all, a let down. We had some nondescript cheese with some equally tasteless and chewy salami, followed by mediocre meatballs and arancini. Really rather boring and I would definitely not recommend it.more
Briciole is a nice little Italian restaurant in Marylebone near Edgware Road tube station. I was lucky enough to get a place outside and enjoyed the nice weather over a long bank holiday weekend.
