Since the end of 2010, this small but busy Diner has been a constant hit with Oxford Street and Bond Street shoppers. Not always easy to find, but well worth the effort, at this location you can also enjoy an outside patio when the weather suits.
All of this Diner's mini-jukebox money goes to Ed's central charity fund.

It's not that there was anything horribly wrong with Ed's diner. It's just that everything was slightly wrong, the eggs were a little over cooked and rubbery, the bacon is not quite right, the sausages were over seasoned, as if to hide something. I will tell you what it doesn't taste like: anything in America. Oh well, I guess I should just settle for runny eggs and beans for breakfast.more
this is actually a review for Ed's diner located in the westfield shopping center (was not able to find it online)
great place, friendly staff and very clean and fast when it comes to food :)
we ordered a 'route 66' burger, chessy fries and pancakes. the burger was not the best on the menu but a good one. the bread could have been grilled for a sec or two and the cheese was missing for the...more
3 stars for the lovely and very sweet milkshakes and malt shakes but not for the food which is nothing special and quite pricey for what it is. Burgers are sold solo and extra charges for any sides. This eds venue is small and probably due to its very convenient location beside Bond Street tube - can get very busy. My tip would be to stick to the sweet items.more
I think I'm in two minds about this place. I like the idea of the "American diner" theme they got going on, but the food is just average. The burgers are cooked well and have a good flavour, but the chips are a bit meh. I really do not recommend the cheesy chips - I thought it would be chips with melted cheddar or something, but the chips are covered in a melted processed cheesy sauce thing...more
We were pleased when we stumbled into Ed's..... We were taken by surprise, and we liked it, we liked it alot.
The little bustling restaurant definitely has plenty of atmosphere, we loved the Happy Days swinging 50s thing. The service staff were upbeat and good fun. It is a great place to take the kids or have a teenagers birthday party etc etc.
But measured on the...more
