Teddington Studios

Overview

Teddington has been a hub for production since the silent film era but it wasn’t until the late 1950’s that the studios began recording and broadcasting television programmes. Since then the studios have been constantly updated to accommodate advancements in technology – from black and white to colour through to digital and widescreen, and more recently the UK’s first HD television series was recorded at Teddington.
