Cute place, enticing selection of savories and sweets, hot drinks done well -- popular for good reason!
Stopped in for an impromptu brunch on Sunday -- quite popular, all tables occupied, but also fair amount of turn over so sat down pretty quickly. The whole time we brunched there was a constant parade of people coming into the shop to pick something up. The food really advertises itself!
I'm not really a sweet guy, I mean yes, I believe I'm a sweet guy (at least I try my best) - I just prefer salty food than huge sugary tarts, or pastries, or cupcakes. This is a charming, casual place with fresh food and good coffee. I tried the eggs with cornbread and avocado salsa, which was delicious. It was packed on a Thursday at 11am so I imagine it's not always easy to get a table but once you do it's very enjoyable. I would definitely return.more
Excellent coffee and good service but really noisy I am afraid. Perhaps it is the low ceiling but couldn't keep up with the conversation due to the noise.
The toast of the day was great and my cappuccino even better.
