The reviews on this site sure tempted me to try this oddly placed Lindon City Thai restaurant. The place is fairly routine, no white table cloths but tasteful place mats - unless they forget to give you one!
The menu looks great and offers a variety of classic dishes - I had chilly salt calamari or as the Brits list it "squid", Tom Kha soup and Pad Thai. Likely the most common dishes as they...more
I stopped by here with some coworkers to order carry-out lunch back to our meeting. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated, service was friendly, and the menu had a good variety of dishes with a description of how spicy the dish is.
I ordered the (medium spicy) grilled red snapper wrapped in banana leaf with a side of coconut rice. Each dish came is a microwaveable plastic...more
Stayed at the Grange St. Pauls, this restaurant is in the alley/street behind the hotel. Wife and I love Thai food, so we ventured into this restaurant. We did not order appetizers as it was almost 10 PM and we just wanted to eat before the place closed. Got red curry and spicy chicken (had to pay for the rice for both dishes unfortunately). But the food was well worth the price, we ate it...more
My wife and I ate here last night and had a very nice meal and a welcoming experience. For London the prices are quite reasonable and -- speaking as a Thai food fan -- I'd say the food quality is excellent.
Our dinner was simple. We shared a basket of shrimp chips/crisps and had two entrees: Crying Tiger (the wife) and Pad Thai (me) with a couple of beers. My wife, who is a picky eater,...more
restaurant looks nice but I was not impressed with the food and would not go back. I ordered a red curry with chicken and received some water with spices, chicken, and veggies. They overcompensate on the heat of the dish to drown out the lack of flavor in their curry and it did not taste fresh as it would be in a fine Thai restaurant.
I would not recommend.more
