Taking pride in its superior ingredients The Glass Dome serves only the finest Argentine beef. The meat is chosen for it's special flavour, which comes from animals that are fed with highly nutritious natural grass. Unlike beef from anywhere else in the world, it will practically melt in your mouth. In our International cuisine our chef has included dishes from France to Brasil with a quirky twist.
