Bubbas Restaurant was set up with a vision to completely redefine Brits’ experience of Caribbean food. <br />The restaurant’s opening in March 2012 is the result of two years of planning and resolve. <br />It is borne out of desire to completely redefine Britain’s impressions of Caribbean cuisine. <br />The name Bubbas derived from the owner’s son, inspired by his mixed Jamaican and West Indian heritage. The menu features Caribbean cultures alongside European influences. The restaurant aims to provide style, inspiring food, impeccable service and value. <br />Every step of building Bubbas has been an intricate process. The restaurant aims to reinterpret peoples dining experiences with Caribbean influences, combining the full-flavored, wholesome character of Caribbean cooking with finesse and innovation offered by London’s best restaurants, while maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and a flawless service. <br />
