I've been here twice. Two times to many! The first time was a while ago, but I remember less than friendly customer service at the ticket desk (the concept of assigned seats at the cinema was new to me, as an American. And btw, I like the idea, but "VIP" seating? COME ON!! Going to the movies is supposed to be a communal experience shared by ALL the masses) and horrible, extremely chewy candy....more

As far as cinemas go, this place needs some work. I'm with Amy S, get a refurb done asap! Or lower the bloody prices...

Placed around the corner from Marble Arch and just across the street from Hyde Park, it's got a great location but really that's about it. The whole place feels as if it was built 20 years ago and then abandoned as far as maintenance and refurbishment goes. The whole design...more

REFURB desperately needed!!!!

We did 2-4-1 Wednesdays and picked up tickets at the wall machine. We weren't able to pick the seat location on the machine and I had to wait in line at the box office to check where we were sitting. The decor inside the cinema is so old, the carpets are coming up and it smells very musty. The ladies toilets are ok, but again, is desperate for an update.

Situated in Central London, at the very end of Oxford Street, away from the mecca of Leicester Square. The entrance is tiny, with a few ticket stands on the right. You then go up the escalaters to the first floor where the lobby is locted along with the food stall and toilets. Usual food on over, with over priced drinks and popcorn, but it is still a necessity. Probably one of the best Odeon's in the country!!!

Quite pricey due to the small fact that it is in C London but wow is it worth it. It is quite newly built (within the last 10-15 years I think!), which is relatively new for a cinema.

There are a huge number of screens, excellent facilities all in all.

What I would recommend is to visit on Wednesday, as it is possible to receive a 2-4-1...more
