When we feel like a pub crawl in this area, we stop by for a couple of pints at the Comedy Pub. Not the best, but not too bad either. And one of the few pubs in the area where you have the chance to grab a table at most times.

For £10 you can't go wrong with this place. 3 of us went here last minute, but there were only 2 spaces left. The organiser was kind great and find us an extra seat. On top of that, the line up was hilarious!!more

As far as pubs go, The Comedy Pub is a standard English pub which means a bare bones liquor, beer, and wine selection. The standards exist: Russian Standard vodka, Carlsberg, Fosters, Corona, Heineken but not much else. I would never choose to pop into The Comedy Pub had I not been there for a comedy show.

Naaah, one star off immediately because when asked what kind of beer Doom and The Rev James are (see photo) the bartender replied (listen to this): I DON'T KNOW. They have 4.5, 4.2 etc %....

I don't know??? Then find out from someone who knows! It must have been her first day at work, she had me pay as much for a half pint as for a pint.

This place might be good on special nights, but misses...more
