Originally built in 1575 and transformed by Robert Adam into an elegant 18thC neo-classical villa, the superb interiors contain some of the country's best examples of Adam's work including. The house is set in over 350 acres of landscaped park and farmland complete with ornamental lakes and pleasure grounds.
