I'm a sucker for anything that involves playing dress up and being in an atmosphere where you can let your hair down and the Medieval Banquet allows you to do just that.

This a very touristic event on a normal day so i would normally recommend to avoid it but they hold special nights over Christmas, Halloween etc. which i find is the best time to go if you want to have a great time!

I know this is something aimed at tourists rather than your average Londoner, but I would actually recommend you only go if you want to laugh your head off...more

The good bits:

- So much drink! We didn't make the most of the all-you-can drink as we were all tipsy before we arrived...but the wine, ale and cheap bubbles flowed freely.

- The singing, dancing and...more
