It's called an A/C!!! Or air conditioning if you don't do abbreviations. You can even do fans, whatever! But cramming hundreds of people into a venue and not supplying any air flow for 2 hours is torture.
I will not be coming back there unless they install A/C!

Apollo is a nice curved building from the front. The venue is reasonably big in size and has stalls for seating as well as the grand circle. The décor inside the theatre is really nice as well I really like the chandelier type lights either side and the gold paint used around.

Excellent concert venue. Staff were friendly and organized, and very accommodating to concert goers. I attended two gigs here in which people queued for a very long time to get a good position. The staff made sure that those queuing were safe and able to enter the venue in order.

The Eventim Apollo, formerly known as the HMV Apollo and Hammersmith Apollo, is place I frequent a few times a year to go to gigs.
It's one of my preferred gig venues in London, most recently I watched D'Angelo perform and it was fantastic. The sound quality is always brilliant there.
Of course on any given gig day you will find ticket touts loitering outside trying to buy/sell tickets but...more
The hubby and I saw Standup for Shelter at the Apollo last night. We laughed a lot. I even cried because I laughed so hard. Ah, I love times like those.
Hammersmith Apollo, now known as Eventim Apollo, is large and in charge. The size of this venue is so deceiving from the exterior. Who knew such a large theatre existed, literally, a few feet from Hammersmith station?
