This is definitely a five star venue.
I've recently discovered it coming to see Opera screened live from the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden and the Met in New York. My favourite cinema.
Bought a membership because I love coming here so much.
My main complaint of most cinemas is rubbish chairs and no beer.

A good all round experience here.
Good points -
-Reasonable price for tickets
-Great mix of films available
Bad points -
-Popcorn prices are a liberty
-Not to mention £2 for "Picturehouse" brand water
-One of the speakers was clipping or blown (not good on a film that was about music)
-Foul smelling toiletsmore
