Rock music, pub lighted with candles which gives to this place this cosy atmosphere !

We can guess why this pub was one of Amy's favorite :)

During the winter they have a crowded rooftop with some warmer there (hehe).

If you want to go there to eat, the kitchen closes at around 8:30 - 9pm so don't be too late.

You can have some cask ale there if you like this, they change it really regularly...more

Having been here a few times in the evenings I expected lunch to be a similar affair (evenings are fantastic but a little grungy and busy for this place to make it into my lunch time shortlist).

Notre serveur était vraiment super sympa et a pris...more

'Twas AOK indeed.

A few items of interest:

1. Infamously, a past haunt of Amy Winehouse.

2. Maybe less infamously, provides "jelly babies" with the bill. (see Miriam's review)

A gal pal and I snagged a (very small) table right next to the espresso machine and I have to say, I felt wedged in for the meal. Between the noise of that machine (though I forgive it, as it expresses coffee for...more
